1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ChatSlips ("the Service," "we," "our"), including any content, features, and functionality offered through chatslips.com or any related application. By accessing or using the Service in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, and that you meet all eligibility requirements described herein.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, in which case "you" refers to both you personally and that entity.

2. Description of the Service

ChatSlips is an AI-powered sports betting assistant that generates parlay suggestions from live odds data. Users submit natural-language requests describing their betting goals; the Service returns AI-generated parlay recommendations built from real-time market data provided by third-party odds suppliers.

The Service is informational and entertainment-oriented in nature. It does not accept wagers, process financial transactions, hold user funds, offer credit, or provide licensed gambling services of any kind. ChatSlips is not a sportsbook, betting exchange, or licensed gambling operator under the laws of any jurisdiction.

3. No Gambling Services

ChatSlips does not facilitate gambling. We do not accept, record, or process bets. We do not handle money on behalf of users. We have no financial interest in the outcome of any wager you place. The Service is designed solely to assist users in generating informational parlay suggestions.

Any gambling you engage in is conducted exclusively through third-party licensed sportsbook operators, subject to their own terms, conditions, and regulatory frameworks. ChatSlips bears no responsibility for any transaction you execute with any third-party platform.

4. Entertainment and Informational Use Only

All content generated by ChatSlips — including but not limited to parlay suggestions, odds analysis, player assessments, and any other output — is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. It does not constitute gambling advice, financial advice, or any other form of professional advisory service.

No output from the Service should be construed as a guarantee, prediction, or recommendation that any particular wager will be profitable. Past performance of any suggested play, where such information exists, does not indicate or guarantee future results. You acknowledge that sports betting involves inherent uncertainty and material financial risk.

You agree that you are solely responsible for any betting decisions you make and any financial consequences that result from those decisions.

5. Eligibility

To use ChatSlips, you must meet all of the following requirements:

You must be at least 21 years of age in jurisdictions where that is the minimum legal gambling age, or at least 18 years of age in jurisdictions where that lower age applies. It is your responsibility to know the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction.
You must be located in a jurisdiction where accessing AI-generated sports betting information and/or placing sports bets with licensed operators is lawful.
You must not be subject to any self-exclusion program, court order, or other restriction that prohibits you from participating in sports betting-related activities.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all of these eligibility requirements. ChatSlips reserves the right to terminate access for any user found to be ineligible.

6. Geographic Restrictions

Sports betting laws vary significantly across jurisdictions. ChatSlips makes no representation that the Service is appropriate or lawful for use in all geographic locations. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Service complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

If you are located in a jurisdiction where accessing sports betting information or engaging with AI-generated betting content is illegal, you are not permitted to use the Service and must exit immediately.

7. AI-Generated Content and Limitations

The Service uses large language model (LLM) technology to generate parlay suggestions. AI-generated content is subject to inherent limitations, including but not limited to:

Errors in interpretation of user requests
Misidentification of teams, players, or markets
Use of incomplete, delayed, or misrepresented data from third-party sources
Outputs that do not reflect conditions at the actual time of wagering
Hallucination or fabrication of information not present in the underlying data

ChatSlips makes no warranty that any AI-generated output is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose. You should independently verify all information before making any betting decision.

8. Odds Accuracy

Odds displayed within ChatSlips are sourced from third-party data providers and are provided for reference only. Odds are subject to change at any time without notice, and the odds shown may not reflect the exact lines available at your sportsbook at the time you attempt to place a bet.

ChatSlips is not responsible for discrepancies between displayed odds and the odds offered by any sportsbook. Always confirm lines directly with your sportsbook before placing a wager.

9. Third-Party Sportsbook Links and Affiliate Relationships

ChatSlips may display links to third-party sportsbook operators. ChatSlips may receive compensation — including but not limited to cost-per-acquisition (CPA) fees and revenue share arrangements — when users click on these links and register with or deposit funds into those third-party platforms.

The existence of an affiliate relationship does not affect the independence of AI-generated parlay recommendations. ChatSlips does not alter or bias its outputs in exchange for compensation from any sportsbook operator.

Your interactions with any third-party sportsbook are governed solely by that operator's own terms of service, privacy policy, and applicable regulatory framework. ChatSlips is not a party to and bears no responsibility for any agreement between you and a third-party operator.

10. Responsible Gambling

ChatSlips is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We encourage all users to:

Set strict limits on the amount of time and money you spend on gambling activities
Treat gambling as entertainment, not a source of income
Never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose
Seek help immediately if gambling is causing financial, emotional, or personal harm

Violate any applicable law or regulation
Attempt to circumvent, override, or manipulate the AI system's intended function
Generate content for use in any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal scheme
Use the Service on behalf of any person who does not meet the eligibility requirements
Scrape, copy, or reproduce the Service's outputs at scale for commercial resale
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI model or proprietary data
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its infrastructure

12. Privacy and Data

ChatSlips does not currently require account registration. Conversation history is stored locally on your device via browser storage and is not transmitted to or retained by ChatSlips servers beyond what is necessary to process your current request.

When you submit a message to the Service, that message is transmitted to our backend for processing, including potential use of third-party AI model APIs. No personally identifiable information is required to use the Service. We do not sell your data. We may collect anonymized usage data to improve the Service.

As the Service evolves, a more comprehensive Privacy Policy will be published separately and incorporated into these Terms by reference.

13. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its underlying code, design, prompts, system architecture, branding, and all content produced by ChatSlips (excluding third-party odds data), is the proprietary property of ChatSlips and its operators, protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, sublicense, or create derivative works from the Service without prior written permission.

AI-generated parlay outputs produced in response to your specific requests may be used by you personally for your own betting decisions. Commercial use of these outputs requires prior written authorization.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

CHATSLIPS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF ANY ODDS DATA, AI-GENERATED OUTPUT, OR OTHER CONTENT MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICE.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CHATSLIPS AND ITS OPERATORS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Losses arising from sports bets placed in reliance on AI-generated outputs
Loss of funds wagered with any third-party sportsbook
Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
Any damage resulting from inaccurate odds, incorrect AI outputs, or service interruptions

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE CLAIM.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ChatSlips and its operators, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of or access to the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party; or (d) any betting decisions you make in reliance on AI-generated content from the Service.

17. Modifications to the Service and Terms

ChatSlips reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the Service where reasonably practicable.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with proceedings conducted in English.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration in connection with any claim against ChatSlips. To the extent any claim is not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware.

19. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with any policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and ChatSlips with respect to the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings.
